History
Formed in 1997, O2Diesel started as the AAE group of companies. AAE began the development of a proprietary additive product designed to enable ethanol to be blended with diesel fuel to produce a clean burning and efficient diesel fuel.

In May of 2003, O2Diesel Corporation, a publicly traded company, formally known as Dynamic Ventures, announced that it had reached an agreement to acquire all of the outstanding shares of AAE.

As a condition of the acquisition, which was completed on July 15, 2003, approximately $5.0 million of equity capital was provided by new investors with a further commitment to raise an additional $3.5 million. The transaction and subsequent financing has allowed O2Diesel Corporation to have sufficient funds for operations, strengthening management, and seeking appropriate acquisitions.
